Our social responsibility
As a socially responsible company, we support entities that demonstrate a positive impact on society. We have supported several social solidarity institutions, as well as projects related to education, youth sport and the environment.
We have worked in various ways with the Faculty of Economics of Lisbon’s Nova University through the sponsorship of NIC (Nova Investment Club), collaboration in the MIM Program (Master’s in International Management) and sponsorship of "NOVA – ATRIUM Lecture Series in Macro and Finance".
We have supported rugby, tennis and surfing youth teams. We also participate in the Champs Academy, which promotes social integration through sport.
We have implemented several internal practices and procedures in order to lessen our impact on the environment, such as reducing our energy bills and using recycled materials.
We support the institutions listed below and also seek to involve our employees and clients in contributing to these institutions completely free of charge, by inviting them to consign part of their IRS (income tax) to one of these projects.
IRS consignment allows for 0.5% of income tax to be donated to an institution chosen by the taxpayer, at no additional cost to the taxpayer, instead of being handed over to the State.
